Intelligent port machinery employs positioning, sensing, and remote-control technologies to automate the loading, unloading, and stacking of containers.
Unmanned Container Cranes (Queue Cranes):
Core Functions: Lifting containers from cargo ships and placing them onto terminal transport vehicles, such as AGVs, or lifting containers from vehicles to load onto ships.
Intelligent Features: Employs laser SLAM and visual recognition for positioning (accuracy ±5cm), automatically identifies container corner fitting positions, and completes spreader docking. Supports remote control (operator in the control room via 3D view) or fully automated operation (integrated with the terminal scheduling system). Equipped with anti-sway algorithms (to reduce spreader sway) and wind sensors (triggering automatic shutdown in windy conditions).
Intelligent Stacker:
Core Functions: Stacking containers (3-6 layers) and retrieving them in the container yard.
Intelligent Features: Utilizes BeiDou positioning and electronic map path planning to avoid obstacles automatically; supports integration with the yard management system for real-time container location updates; equipped with weighing sensors (to prevent overloading) and audible and visual alarms (to alert nearby personnel).
