The port industry's AI and vision control system focuses on intelligent management of the entire container process, and its core consists of three major modules: First, a container identification and positioning system, which uses OCR character recognition and deep learning algorithms to quickly detect container numbers, types, and damage, and guide them into position; second, an unmanned truck navigation system, which integrates visual SLAM and QR code positioning technology to achieve centimeter-level path tracking and dynamic obstacle avoidance; and third, a quay crane anti-sway control system, which uses high-speed vision to collect spreader motion parameters and combines PID algorithms to adjust the lifting and trolley running speeds in real time to keep the spreader sway amplitude within a minimal range.
