    We undertake port AI and visual inspection control system engineering projects. Port industry AI and visual control systems focus on intelligent management of the entire container process and comprise three core modules: First, a container identification and positioning system that employs OCR character recognition and deep learning algorithms to rapidly detect and guide container numbers, types, and damage; second, an unmanned container truck navigation system that integrates visual SLAM and QR code positioning technology to achieve centimeter-level path tracking and dynamic obstacle avoidance; and third, a quay crane anti-sway control system that uses high-speed visual acquisition of spreader motion parameters, combined with PID algorithms, to adjust lifting and trolley running speeds in real time, minimizing spreader sway.
