In early 2025, Xanditech applied for and participated in the Zhengzhou SME(Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) Digital Transformation Project. After a year of dedicated efforts, the company passed the joint assessment conducted by the Henan Provincial and Zhengzhou Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureaus in March 2026, successfully achieving digital transformation.
For this SME Digital transformation, Xanditech upgraded its ERP system from the previous Inspur PS version to Inspur Insuite. The company also designed and implemented EPLAN design software and PDM technical management software, introduced barcode scanning for warehouse inbound and outbound processes, and deployed a BI data dashboard for data management. Through these upgrades, Xanditech has established full-process online operations covering sales, commerce, design, procurement, finance, warehouse management, material receiving, material issuance, production, quality inspection, and outbound shipping, with mobile terminal compatibility also configured.
This digital transformation has standardized the company’s management and operations, enabling full-process online approval, traceability, and audit trails. It has significantly improved operational efficiency and laid a solid foundation for the company’s future growth.
