In August 2025, Xanditech undertook the AGV automated cotton bale handling project for the warehouse of Jiangyin Yueda Chemical Fiber Plant. After more than six months of commissioning, the project entered trial operation in May 2026.
The project utilizes two counterbalanced AGVs equipped with corresponding navigation, scheduling, and warehouse management software. A workshop Wi-Fi network was established, and communication with peripheral equipment such as balers was enabled through digital camera barcode scanning signals. This implementation achieves fully automated AGV handling of cotton bales from entry points to storage locations, replacing manual labor and contributing to unmanned and automated production processes.
