In August 2025, Xanditech undertook the 3D digital twin monitoring system for Jiangyin Yueda’s polyester production line. After over six months of commissioning, the system commenced trial operation in May 2026.
The System features a digital display screen in the control room, employing 3D digital twin technology to digitize the physical environment. This allows operators to monitor equipment status and parameters immersively from the control room. The digital system enables functions such as digital monitoring, local equipment inspection, fault alerts with scenario visualization, energy management, video surveillance, data storage, and quality traceability for the polyester production line. This project has actively contributed to Jiangyin Yueda’s enterprise digital transformation efforts.
