1. 1.Process Control System (PCS): Core Platform: ABB Ability™ System 800xA as a unified DCS platform. Control Scope: Centralized monitoring and automated control of the entire float glass process, including: melting section, forming tin bath section, annealing furnace section, and cold end cutting and stacking.
2. 2.Quality Management System (QMS/QCS): Online measuring equipment, glass thickness gauge, stress gauge, surface defect detection system, data integration.
