Fiber Bale AGV

Warehouse handling AGVs are used for handling, storing, and relocating fiber bales in chemical fiber warehouses, enabling unmanned warehouse operations in chemical fiber plants. The accompanying warehouse management and scheduling software integrates with palletizers and shipping systems to facilitate information-driven management of warehousing and logistics.

Technical Features: Uses laser navigation and QR code composite navigation; load capacity of 500-2000kg; supports automatic identification of shelf positions, completing pallet loading and unloading; can optimize multiple AGV routes through a scheduling system (WCS) to prevent congestion.

Application Scenarios: Moving finished fiber bales from the palletizing area to storage, or retrieving them from the warehouse per orders and transporting them to the outbound platform.
