Coal Mining Industry

    We implement 3D digital twin monitoring systems tailored for the coal industry. These systems combine mine geological data, IoT monitoring, and production schedules to create an integrated virtual control platform for both surface and underground operations. The system supports real-time monitoring of over 30 safety parameters, including gas, carbon monoxide, and roof pressure, automatically triggering audible and visual alarms and pushing out response procedures when thresholds are surpassed. By integrating personnel location tracking and equipment IoT, the system facilitates collaborative monitoring of the "human-machine-environment”. In production management, it models resource recovery rates and costs under different mining schemes, assisting in the formulation of monthly mining plans; in emergency management, it supports simulation drills for eight types of incidents, including fires and water inrushes, reducing emergency response times.
