Coal Mining Industry

The 3D digital twin monitoring system for the coal mining industry combines mine geological data, IoT monitoring information, and production scheduling data to construct an integrated virtual control platform for both above-ground and underground operations. The system enables real-time monitoring of over 30 safety parameters, including methane, carbon monoxide, and roof pressure, automatically triggering audible and visual alarms and dispatching response procedures when limits are exceeded. By integrating personnel positioning systems and equipment IoT, it achieves collaborative monitoring of "human-machine-environment." In production management, it can simulate resource recovery rates and costs under different mining schemes, helping in the development of monthly mining plans; in emergency management, it supports simulation drills for eight types of accidents, including fires and water inrushes, shortening emergency response decision-making time.
