Chemical Fiber Industry AGV for Tow Can

    We provide AGV systems for tow can handling in polyester staple fiber (PSF) production. The AGV for tow can handling is specifically designed to transfer tow cans, mainly used for short-distance transfers from the spinning line to the draw line.

    Technical Features: Utilizing laser SLAM navigation or QR code navigation, it supports automatic tow can location identification and grabbing/placing. The system can be integrated with spinning and doffing machines to achieve an automated cycle of "full can carried away, empty can replaced," thereby eliminating manual handling. It is adaptable to different drum sizes and supports multi-machine collaborative scheduling.
