Chemical Fiber Industry AGV for Fiber Warehouse and Stacking

This system manages the inbound, outbound, and intra-warehouse relocation of fiber bales in chemical fiber warehouses and requires integration with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Technical Features: a combined laser and QR code navigation system; supports automatic identification of fiber bale categories, enabling zoned stacking and automatic bale picking; and can optimize multi-AGV paths through a scheduling system (WCS) to prevent congestion.
Application Scenarios: Moving inspected and qualified finished fiber bales from the palletizer area to the storage area, or retrieving fiber bales from storage based on orders and transporting them to the outbound station.
