    1.Spinneret Repair Robot: The automated spinneret repair robot operates in the polyester fiber spinning workshop. It automatically inspects the spinnerets using a vision system and, upon receiving a repair instruction, initiates the repair process, eliminating manual intervention. This system supports multi-station cyclical operation and communicates with the control system to form a complete setup, enabling closed-loop notification of repair results.

    Main System Functions: Visual inspection for defects; automatic initiation of spinneret repair, replacing manual labor; closed-loop communication of repair results to the control system, enabling defect tracking.

    2.Spin Pack Disassembly and Assembly Robot

    Features: Replaces manual labor in high-temperature, high-intensity work environments.
