Our AI-powered visual inspection system for the synthetic fiber industry is designed to inspect synthetic fiber tow products for quality. It uses a multi-camera + multi-spectral light source combination, capable of detecting defects as small as 0.5mm. The system's core algorithm accurately identifies common defects such as fuzz, broken fibers, and oil stains.

    During the inspection process, defect data is uploaded to the monitoring system in real time. The system also supports triggering physical intervention alarms, such as audible and visual alarms and automatic defect location marking, creating a closed loop of "detection-analysis-control".
