This AI and vision control system for the chemical fiber industry is specifically designed for quality inspection of chemical fiber tow products. It features a multi-camera + multi-spectral light source combination, capable of detecting defects larger than 0.1mm. The system's core algorithm accurately identifies common defects, including fuzzy fibers, broken fibers, and oil stains.

During inspection, defect data is uploaded to the MES system in real time, and the system also supports triggering physical intervention alarms, such as slowing down the spinning machine and automatically marking defect locations. This creates a closed loop of "detection-analysis-control."
