We have been active in the electric automation business in the polyester fiber industry for a long time. Since 2000, we have operated more than 300 polyester staple fiber production lines at home and abroad and have rich engineering experience. We undertook the construction of a 3D digital twin monitoring system for a polyester fiber plant based on user requirements.
In the chemical fiber industry, 3D digital twin monitoring systems use digital twin technology to create a two-way mapping and real-time interaction between physical entities like chemical fiber production equipment and logistics equipment and their virtual models. By gathering data on equipment operation and logistics, the system shows the status, actions, and parameters of physical entities in real time within the virtual space, enabling "data-driven decision-making" throughout the entire production process.
The system supports monitoring equipment status, analyzing energy consumption, and optimizing process simulation. It allows time-based tracking of the production process, aiding fault diagnosis and process improvements. Operators can easily view the 3D models and operational status of equipment and production lines through the system, making the production process transparent and controllable. It also facilitates fault prediction, production strategy optimization, and other functions to improve production efficiency and product quality while reducing costs.
