Automated Loading AGV

This system automates the loading of finished chemical fiber products, such as fiber bales, from the warehouse outbound platform to transport trucks, replacing manual forklift loading and reducing labor intensity. Technical Features include a combination of visual navigation and laser navigation, which identify truck outlines and cargo box positions. It supports automatic adjustment of the roller conveyor height to match the truck cargo box and can plan the loading sequence based on truck load distribution, such as placing heavier goods at the bottom. Advantages include compatibility with different vehicle types like flatbed trucks and containers, high loading efficiency, and the elimination of safety hazards associated with manual loading, such as forklift collisions.
