We have been active in the electric automation business in the polyester fiber industry for a long time. Since 2000, we have operated more than 300 polyester staple fiber production lines at home and abroad and have rich engineering experience. With the development of AI technology, we develop Visual quality-monitoring systems for polyester fiber plants tailored to user needs.
This AI and vision control system for the chemical fiber industry is specifically designed for quality inspection of filament products. It employs a multi-camera + multi-spectral light source combination, capable of detecting defects as small as 0.1mm. The system's core algorithm accurately identifies 16 common defects, including fuzzy fibers, broken fibers, oil stains, and uneven thickness.
During inspection, the equipment completes a full-area scan every 0.5 seconds, uploading defect data to the MES system in real time. It also supports triggering physical interventions (such as slowing down the spinning machine and automatically marking defect locations), forming a closed loop of "detection-analysis-control."
Application scenarios: roller-rapping inspection, spinneret filament inspection, crimper abnormal inspection.
